Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a charge for the ID card?
Faculty, Employees and Students are not charged for the first TU ID Card.

How long will it take once my ID Card on-line application is submitted?
First-time students who are assigned to a residence hall will receive their University ID at check-in. Otherwise, we ask that you present an official form of self-identification photo (e.g. valid driver’s license or passport) when picking up your ID Card from Parking & Card Services during standard business hours.

What is the largest file size I can upload?
6MB.

What photo file types do you accept?
JPEG, Gif, and Tiff are all accepted. JPEG format is recommended.

What happens if the photo I supply does not meet the specified requirements?
Your application for an ID Card will be delayed. You will receive an e-mail indicating the reason why the photo is not acceptable and will have to either re-upload another picture or visit the Parking & Card Services Office to have your card manually produced on-site.

How do I get a replacement card?

If you lose your Card, go immediately to Parking & Card Services to deactivate your old account and get a new card. If lost after business hours, go to Pat Case Dining Hall Cashier during meal hours to deactivate your old TU ID Card.

What is the cost to replace your card?
Cards will be replaced for a fee of $15.00 per occasion.

I have a question not listed here, whom can I email?
You can submit e-mails to parking-cardservices@utulsa.edu
